What to include

  • Your iPhone model, Apple Watch model if relevant, and iOS/watchOS version.
  • The Oarsum app version or TestFlight build number.
  • What you expected, what happened, and the steps that triggered it.
  • For route, HealthKit, or water-name issues, include whether you granted Location, Health, Motion & Fitness, and Apple Watch permissions.

In-app support

When available, the in-app support flow can include limited app context that helps debug a report. Route points are not attached unless you explicitly choose to include them in a trip-trouble report.

You can also use the website contact and feedback form for TestFlight requests, feature ideas, or general support notes.

Subscriptions and refunds

Oarsum+ purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. For billing refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem flow.

Privacy requests
